Day 1: What Do You Want Your Routines to Give You?
Welcome to the Sacred Routine Challenge! I'm so glad you're here. For the next 28 days, we're going on a journey to transform your daily habits from a source of stress into a sacred ritual that nourishes your mind, body, and spirit. This isn't about rigid perfection; it's about shifting your mindset and creating an intentional life that feels aligned with your deepest desires.

Today is all about setting the stage. Think of it as laying the foundation for a beautiful, new structure. We’re starting with awareness, a crucial first step in any meaningful change. Before we can build new, healthy habits, we need to understand our current ones. What do your mornings look like right now? What are the small, unconscious actions that drain your energy throughout the day? Do you feel like you're constantly rushing, or that your time is being pulled in a million different directions?

A sacred routine isn't just a checklist of tasks. It's an opportunity to connect with yourself. It’s about building a life that feels good to live. So, before we get into the nitty-gritty of creating new habits, let’s get clear on our "why." Why are you here? What do you hope this challenge will give you?

Maybe you want to feel less chaotic in the mornings and more present with your family. Perhaps you want to have more energy to pursue your passions after work. Or maybe you're simply tired of feeling overwhelmed and want to find a sense of peace and calm in your daily life.

Today's journal prompt is simple, but powerful. Take a few minutes to sit with it, a cup of tea in hand, and truly reflect. Let the answers flow without judgment. Add color for a bit of flair, these are some of my favorite pens

Journal Prompt: What do you want your routines to give you?

Think about how you want to feel. Do you want to feel energized? Peaceful? Productive? Joyful? Imagine your ideal day, from the moment you wake up to the moment you go to sleep. What does that day look like? What small, intentional actions are you taking to support yourself?

Setting a clear intention is like a compass—it will guide you through this journey. When the going gets tough (and it will!), you can always return to this intention to remind yourself why you started. Remember, this is your journey. There's no right or wrong way to do this. This challenge is an invitation to explore, to experiment, and to discover what a sacred routine means for you. I'm so excited to see what we create together.

Meet Sarah Sik

For so long, I was filled with anxiety.  My emotions were all over the place.

I am a military wife and mom of two boys.

Always needing to be braced for change filled me with so much stress and overwhelm.  My thoughts and feelings were running wild.  I felt like I was always fighting an uphill battle, and never gaining any traction.

Then, something magical happened and things started to change.

It was like walking into the most beautiful forest and seeing the sun shining down brightly on my face as I peeked up at the sky.

Suddenly, I started to take control and things just became clearer.

Have you ever tried to make a change in your life, only to get a week into it and say, “I’m tired, it can wait until tomorrow.”  Only tomorrow never happens!!  Then you end up feeling guilty and down in the dumps.

It’s time for you to step up and make some changes so you can live your most exquisite life.

Come join our chic community and learn about finding balance in the chaos.  This is the supportive group you’ve been looking for.  Best of all...It’s Free!
