Calm Your Back-to-School Nerves

Hello, Mama’s!

Are you feeling those back-to-school jitters?

It's totally normal to feel a mix of excitement and nervousness. We want our kiddos to have the best year, and we need to be calm in order for our littles to be ready for this adventure.

One fantastic way to stay calm is by using amethyst and lavender together. It is a powerhouse combo.

Amethyst is a beautiful purple stone known for its calming energy. It's often used to help with stress and anxiety. Keeping an amethyst stone in your pocket or wearing it as jewelry can help you feel more relaxed.

Pairing amethyst with lavender essential oil can be even more dynamic. Lavender has a lovely scent that helps to calm the mind and body. You can put a few drops of lavender essential oil on your wrist, neck, or in a diffuser. Taking deep breaths while enjoying the lavender scent will help you relax even more.

You can also make a calming spray. Mix water and a few drops of lavender essential oil in a small spray bottle. Shake well and spray it around your room or on your pillow for a peaceful and calming atmosphere.

Remember, taking care of yourself is very important. Make sure to get enough sleep, drink plenty of water, and find time to relax each day.

By using amethyst and lavender, you'll feel ready to face any back-to-school challenges. Take deep breaths, stay positive, and enjoy the journey!

Let's make this school year amazing and stress-free!
