Our 28-day adventure begins today.
Day 1: Welcome to the Field!
We are starting out this transformational journey of self-discovery and learning how to increase our container for holding wealth and abundance. Today marks the day that we say, “Yes” to the potentiality. We’re diving right into the heart of our relationship with money.
Each day we will have an activity, contemplation and affirmation to guide our journey. Our activity today is to journal. So get your pen and paper and let’s go.
Journal about your earliest memory of money. Was it positive or negative?
Looking back, was it getting money in a birthday card or for a special holiday. Did receiving this money feel like you were the richest person in the world? Even that $1 felt magical, and like you could buy anything you wanted. Or did you work for your money? Did that money feel worth it? What emotions did you feel when you received the money?
Let’s contemplate the stories you heard about money as a kid. Did you hear, “Money doesn’t grow on trees.” or “Money is the root of all evil.”? These common sayings can color our viewpoint of money, and leave us energetically misaligned for attracting abundance into our energetic field.
Now that we know what the stories we heard or continue hearing are, contemplate the feelings that come up when you hear or think about those stories. Understanding how we feel about these experiences and the emotions that they expose can shine a light on your current experience with money.
Now, let’s start reprogramming our energetic field to feel safe around money. This reprogramming will support you growing your vessel, and being able to hold more wealth and abundance. If you want to feel safe with money and wealth, you need to think about money from a safe place.
Today’s affirmation is, “It is safe to explore my relationship with money.”
Since, we are embodying a feeling of safety as we explore our relationship with money, before you say your affirmation, it is important to embody and feel a feeling of safety. So think back on a time when you felt safe, it could be about money, or about something completely different (like with a partner or a person).
Feel that feeling of safety, and repeat today’s affirmation to yourself: “It is safe to explore my relationship with money.” This will help you feel grounded and supportive as you journey through this transformative process.
