It’s easy to get caught in the trap of "not enough." We live in a world that often highlights what we lack, from the latest gadgets to seemingly perfect lifestyles. But what if the biggest barrier to your financial abundance isn't external, but internal? What if it's the subtle, often unconscious, scarcity-based thoughts that whisper "I can't afford that" or "There's not enough to go around"?

Today's activity is simple, yet profound: for one full day, just notice every time a scarcity-based thought crosses your mind or slips from your lips. This isn't about judgment or beating yourself up. It's purely about awareness. You might be surprised at how frequently these thoughts appear. From hesitating over a coffee to assuming a dream vacation is out of reach, these small internal narratives shape your financial reality more than you know.

As you go through your day, ask yourself: "How often do I focus on what I lack, not what I have?" This reflection is powerful. It shifts your perspective from a deficit mindset to one that begins to acknowledge the existing abundance in your life. Even if it's just the roof over your head, the food on your plate, or the supportive people around you, there is always something to appreciate.

Releasing old, limiting beliefs about money starts with simply seeing them. By bringing these hidden thoughts into the light, you begin to weaken their hold. You're not trying to change them today, just observe them. This audit is your first step towards consciously reprogramming your mind for prosperity.

Repeat today's affirmation: "Everyday, I see more ways of how I am constantly supported and provided for by the Universe." Let this be your guiding truth as you observe your thoughts. Tomorrow, we’ll take the next step in clearing out your energetic clutter.

Meet Sarah Sik

 

For so long, I was filled with anxiety.  My emotions were all over the place.
