Maximizing Your Gut Cleanse Success: A Comprehensive Pre-Cleanse Strategy
Hey there, lovely ladies! 

Today, let's chat about something super important, but often a bit icky to think about – gut cleansing. Just like cleaning your home makes it a nicer place to live, cleansing your gut can make your body feel amazing! But, did you know that jumping straight into a cleanse without preparing can be like trying to bake a cake without preheating the oven? Yep, it's key to get things ready for the best results!

First off, finding the right cleanse makes a HUGE difference. Just like picking a dress that suits your style,(or in my case, athleisure wear) choosing a cleanse that's gentle on your body is essential. Currently, I'm all in on my pre-parasite cleanse routine using Gutty from Rogers Hood Apothecary. It's like giving my body a little pep talk, saying, "Hey, we've got this!"

And the best part is, you can eat with this cleanse. 

Yes, I am eating clean, and really filling up on fruits and vegetables.  And smoothies are great, too, but the best thing about this is that I am not starving myself.  Instead, I am cutting out the “processed” junk and focusing on foods from the Earth!!

Oh, and did I mention that I am drinking a TON of water!! 

It is helping to flush out all of the yuckies!!

Now, how often should you do a cleanse? Think of it like seasonal cleaning. Doing it too often might stress your body, but just the right amount keeps things fresh and in balance. Listening to your body is like listening to your best friend, it tells you what it needs! I typically do a cleanse 1-2 times a year…sometimes up to 3 times. My body always lets me know when it’s time.

And remember, your mindset is just as crucial. Tell yourself, "I can do this!" because, queen, you totally can. Picture all those toxins waving goodbye, and imagine how vibrant your energy will feel afterward.
