Day 24: The Power of Your Small Wins
Welcome back to the Sacred Routine Challenge! We're deep into Week 4, and our focus is on integration—anchoring these new practices so they feel nourishing and sustainable. Yesterday, we learned the art of habit stacking to make our rituals effortless. Today, we're going to pause and do something incredibly important: celebrate how far you’ve come.

In a culture that often focuses on big, dramatic transformations, it’s easy to overlook the small, daily victories. But the truth is, a sacred routine isn't built in a day; it's built in small, consistent acts of self-care. The shifts you've made over the past three weeks—from subtle changes in your mindset to the addition of tiny, intentional practices—are worth celebrating. These are the bricks and mortar of a more intentional life.

Your task for today is a simple, yet powerful, act of mindful reflection: make a list of the shifts you’ve noticed so far.

Take out your journal and think back to Day 1, when you set your intention for this challenge. How did you want your routines to feel? What changes did you hope to see? Now, look at your life today.

What small wins can you celebrate?
  • Did you choose to take a sacred pause instead of reaching for your phone first thing in the morning? That's a win.
  • Did you mindfully drink a glass of water instead of just chugging it down? That's a win.
  • Did you take a few deep breaths instead of getting swept up in a moment of stress? That's a win.
  • Have you started to recognize and release an energy leak that was draining you? That's a monumental win.
  • Has your sleep improved even a little bit since you started an evening wind-down ritual? That's a win.

Don't let any shift go unnoticed, no matter how small it may seem. This practice of recognizing and celebrating your progress is crucial for building a sustainable routine. When you acknowledge your small wins, you're reinforcing the positive feedback loop in your brain, making you more likely to stick with these habits long-term.

Celebrate your effort, not just the outcome. You've shown up for yourself for 24 days. You've cultivated intentional living. You've chosen to be more present in your own life. This is a journey of self-love, and it starts with recognizing your own commitment and resilience. Give yourself a moment to feel proud of the work you've done. You are well on your way to creating a life that feels truly sacred.

Meet Sarah Sik

For so long, I was filled with anxiety.  My emotions were all over the place.

I am a military wife and mom of two boys.

Always needing to be braced for change filled me with so much stress and overwhelm.  My thoughts and feelings were running wild.  I felt like I was always fighting an uphill battle, and never gaining any traction.

Then, something magical happened and things started to change.

It was like walking into the most beautiful forest and seeing the sun shining down brightly on my face as I peeked up at the sky.

Suddenly, I started to take control and things just became clearer.
