Let’s chat about Gut Health. I know, not sexy, but important.

You know, that feeling when your tummy's all bloated? Yep, we’ve all been there. But did you know it could be a sign from your body whispering (or sometimes yelling), "Hey, lady, something's not right down here!"?

If you've ever felt bloated after you eat, this could be a sign. Or maybe you've passed gas more times than you’d like to admit – another hint from your body. And then there’s fatigue. Ever felt like you could sleep for a century after lunch? Yep, your gut talking again. And mood swings? One minute you're all sunshine, the next you're a thunderstorm – that could be your gut too!

Now, you might be thinking, “But hey, isn’t it normal?” 

It’s common, not “normal”!!

Many women experience these once in a while, especially living in a western country, eating highly processed food. But when they happen a lot, it’s your body’s way of waving a big red flag.

Okay, so why do these things even happen? 

Let’s get into it, our gut is like a bustling city full of good and not-so-good bacteria. When the not-so-good guys take over, it can throw our whole system out of whack. This can lead to those pesky symptoms like bloating, gas, and all that jazz. (I am doing some jazz hands right now, hehe). 

Now, you’re probably wondering, “What can I do about it?” 

Just know you’re not alone. So many ladies are on this journey with you. It’s about listening to your body. It’s smart, it knows when things aren’t quite right. So, let’s start there – listening and acknowledging.

As I go on my own cleanse and detox journey, I'm here to share what I learn and to cheer you on. Remember, it's about taking those small steps, focusing on the positive changes we can make. Your gut health journey is part of living your best and most authentic life.
